Your little one’s most precious memories are all here! In your Private Web Gallery you will discover a large range of products ALREADY personalised with your baby’s portraits and details. You can freely browse from the comfort of your home 7/24. With hundreds of original products, you will undoubtedly find the ones that meet your taste and budget. It’s never been that easy and convenient to choose and purchase your favourite keepsakes.

General Information

Within 48 hours of your baby's portrait session, your photos will be uploaded onto ArtPhotpbaby.com.au website.
To access your baby's photos and discover all his/her personalised products, simply click on the 'Private Web Gallery’ flag on the right top corner of the screen to access the connexion page.
Your Private Web Gallery is freely accessible 7/24 from your favourite device.
Your Private Web Gallery is open for a month so make sure you go and choose your products soon.
If you wish to reinstate it for additional time, simply call our Customer Service. Please note that you will be charged a token monthly fee for extra time.

First Connexion

For your first connexion,
- Click on the 'Private Web Gallery’ flag on the right top corner of the screen to access the connexion page.
- Go to the ‘Create my Account’ panel
- Key in your access code, it should follow the structure below
  - XXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXX
  - 7 characters-8 characters-4 characters
  - Do not leave space between characters
- Check-up carefully your baby’s details and contact details,
- Confirm your login (e-mail) and select a password.
- Your account is secured, you can now access your Private Web Gallery as you like.
Creating your account bears no obligation to purchase and no hidden cost: it is simply necessary to access and manage your Private Web Gallery.

Further Connexions

For your next connexions,
- Click on the 'Private Web Gallery’ flag on the right top corner of the screen to access the connexion page.
- Go to the ‘Connect’ panel
- Key in your login (e-mail address) and password
- You can now enter your Private Web Gallery and discover hundreds of original baby products already personalised with your little one’s photos.
Access to your Private Web Gallery is absolutely FREE with NO OBLIGATION whatsoever.
Your photos will remain online for a month

Access code

Your Access code is mandatory to create your Account and visit your Private Web Gallery. It is also used to identify your photo report so keep it carefully.
Your Access code will be handed to you by your photographer at the end of the photo session.
You will also receive an email with this code to inform you when your photos are online. Do not forget to check your spams if you do not see it. It is important the e-mail address you use as login is yours and valid, else we will not be able to send you this important information.
If you lose your Access code please call our Customer Service. We will ask you some security questions before giving you access to your Private Web Gallery.

Forgotten login details

To access your Private Web Gallery, you must login with your valid e-mail address and your personal password.
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on ‘Forgotten password’ on the connexion page and we will email your password to your personal e-mail address. It is important that your email address remains valid at all times.
If you have forgotten your login (e-mail), please call our Customer Service. We will ask you some security questions before giving you access to your Private Web Gallery.

Sharing your Photos

You wish to show your baby’s portraits to your friends and relatives even if they live interstate or overseas… simply grant the “Happy Few “ access to your Private Web Gallery and they, too, can view all your baby’s personalised products and choose to offer you a thoughtful gift.
To grant access to your Private Web Gallery, simply communicate your login and password. Visitors can purchase products directly for themselves or to make you a delightful surprise.
If you wish to restrain access, simply change your password.
Your access details are encrypted and kept absolutely confidential at ArtPhotoBaby.com.au

Change of Details

Your products will be created and printed with the details in your personal account so it is important that this information is right. You will be asked to validate these details when you first connect, please take time to check up your baby’s name spelling, weight and size. You can correct this data when you create your account or at any time by going into My Space/ My Details in your Private Web Gallery.
If you amend some details in your account, please allow 20 to 30 minutes before passing an order as we need to recreate all your products with the corrected data and re-import them in your Private Web Gallery.

Privacy

Respect of your Privacy is a founding cornerstone of ArtPhotoBaby.com.au. We consider the arrival of your baby as one of the most intimate moment in your family life and we understand your concerns about the security of your personal information.
Our Privacy Policy details how we generally collect, hold, use and disclose personal information and your rights in relation to the personal information that we hold about you and your baby.

Cancellation of Account

Your account will be automatically closed after one month. If you wish to reinstate it for additional time, simply call our Customer Service. Please note that you will be charged a token monthly fee for extra time.
We will archive your photos so that you can still access them if needed after few years (if you misplace them or lose them in an incident for example). That way we can reprint your books or photos if you need to.
If you wish us to delete your photos for good, please contact our Customer Service and instruct us in writing. Once your photos files are deleted, you will not be able to get them back from us ever.
